DUI Penalties

Alameda County DUI Lawyer

When people drive under the influence, they not only put their own lives in danger, but they also risk the lives, safety, and well-being of their passengers and other drivers. Law enforcement officials, judges, and prosecutors in Alameda County have no tolerance for this behavior, and come down hard on all drivers arrested for DUI. Furthermore, prosecutors have no compassion for DUI offenders and often seek the harshest penalties possible. In order to protect yourself from rigorous prosecution, it’s important to hire an experienced and equally aggressively DUI lawyer to defend you in court.

When you retain the services of a highly skilled Alameda County DUI attorney, like Robert Tayac, you will not only greatly increase your chances of success, but you will also ensure that your rights are being protected and fought for at all times.
